Applicable sales tax will be charged on total merchandise amount for order shipped to Texas, not including shipping.
New orders are processed during normal business hours and ship on the next business day. Occasionally, due to popular demand, an item designated as in stock may in fact be out of stock at the time you place your order. In this case, our team will notify you by phone or email and your order will be shipped as soon as the item is available.

To check the status of your order, please visit our Order Status Page (link it) on the top of this page and sign in to your account. There you can Read Messages, View Your Order Status and Completed orders. If you prefer you may contact us via email at email@example.com or call Customer Service at 888-901-7541.
Shipping Rates & Services
All orders over $50.00 will be Free Shipping (USPS Priority within 2- 3 days delivery or FedEx Ground 3-5 days delivery) for destinations within the continental US. We will choose the best method to get your package to you as quickly as possible.
International Orders & Shipping
Canada Orders will be charged a flat fee of $15 US dollars.
If you would like to place and international order, you may call in your order to (1) 904-834-7871 . Sorry, we are not currently able to place international orders online.
We offer: USPS Priority Mail and Express Mail, FedEx Express Saver, Standard Overnight. You can select these options and view detailed pricing during the check-out process.
Please note: FedEx delivery does not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays, and may require a signature.

Returns and Exchanges
We promise a full refund if you are not totally satisfied with your Sun & Color merchandise, less shipping cost. For details and a downloadable Return/Exchange form, click on this link. Note: Only merchandise purchased on our website.
Sun & Color wants you to be happy with your online purchase. We will gladly replace, exchange, or refund your online purchase within 30 days as long as the items are in sale-able condition with all tags attached. Credits will be issued based on original payment method, excluding shipping charges. If you had Free Shipping $7 shipping cost will be deducted from your credit. ALL RETURN OR EXCHANGED HATS/MERCHANDISE WILL INCUR A $7.00 Shipping and Handling fee. Include a check made out to Montague Design Group.

To return items, simply send your items along with a copy of your receipt and a brief explanation on the Return/Exchange Form here. It is recommended that you request a tracking number and delivery confirmation from your shipping provider to ensure the proper delivery of your return. We cannot issue refunds for lost and unconfirmed return shipments.
